Roles and responsibilities:
Organising meetings:
Organising and coordinating all Observatory meetings (physical or virtual).
Take detailed notes during meetings and distribute them to concerned members.
Collecting information and formulating legal analyses:
Collect specific information from Observatory members, such as case details and legal precedents.
Formulating legal analyses based on the collected information.
Coordination and training:
Assisting the expert responsible for the observatory in providing training sessions within the internal training program.
Holding meetings and facilitating coordination between the trainee lawyers and the responsible expert.
Advocacy and international communication:
Holding and organizing events online or on the ground.
Holding meetings with international interlocutors and United Nations offices.
Submitting communications and correspondence to United Nations mechanisms and following them up in a timely manner.
National, regional and international partnerships:
Representing the association in national, regional and international partnerships.
Attend assigned events and extended partnerships with pride and responsibility.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in law or related field.
Previous experience working in the field of coordination and advocacy.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and management skills.
Ability to analyze information and possess research skills.
Proficiency in using approved digital systems.
Full commitment to confidentiality, honesty and professional ethics.
Working in a team spirit and cooperating closely with male and female colleagues
Your role as an advocacy officer is not only about organising activities but includes also holding meetings with international interlocutors and UN offices, submitting communications and submissions to the UN mechanisms, and ensuring a timely follow-up on these submissions and communications. As a project coordinator, you will represent the AFA association in national, regional, and international partnerships.

Position Overview : Website manager
The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the IT infrastructure and managing the website of Adala For All association. This role includes ensuring the effective operation of all IT systems, providing technical support, maintaining the website, and ensuring its security. The IT Manager will work closely with the Communication Direction to support the NGO’s mission.
Responsibilities :
1. IT Management:
○ Oversee the iconfiguration, and maintenance of the website and networks.
○ Ensure the day-to-day management of the website, including updating content, managing user access and ensuring functionality.
○ Work with the Communication Direction to upload and format articles, reports and other materials.

○ Monitor website performance and user analytics, making improvements based on data insights.
○ Provide technical support and training to staff, resolving IT issues promptly.
○ Ensuring the digital archiving of all documents placed on the site or belonging to the organisation

○ Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.
2. Security Management:
○ Develop and implement security measures to protect the website and IT infrastructure from cyber threats.
○ Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
○ Monitor for security breaches and respond promptly to any incidents.
○ Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.
○ Manage servers, databases, and network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
○ Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning.
○ Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
○ Implement and maintain IT systems and software applications.
○ Ensure website redesigns, system upgrades, and new software implementations.
○ Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
3. Innovation and Improvements:
○ Stay informed about the latest IT and web technologies, trends, and best practices.
○ Propose and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT systems and the website.
○ Lead initiatives to improve user experience and website performance.
Qualifications:
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
● Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in IT management and website administration.
● Language: Arabic and English

● Technical Skills:
○ Proficiency in web
○ Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
○ Experience with network and server administration, including knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
○ Proficiency in cybersecurity practices and tools, including firewalls, SSL certificates, and intrusion detection systems.
○ Knowledge of database management and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
○ Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Competencies:
○ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
○ Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

The Graphic Designer/Video editor will play a crucial role in advancing the mission of our association by creating visually compelling and informative materials that support our projects. This role involves designing a variety of print and digital assets, working closely with the Communication Direction to ensure consistency in branding, and effectively conveying complex legal and human rights concepts to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities:
Design and Development:
○ Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and designs for print and digital media, including reports, brochures, infographics, social media content, newsletters, videos and website elements.
○ Develop templates and style guides to ensure consistency across all materials.
Branding and Identity:
○ Maintain and enhance the association’s visual identity.
○ Ensure all designs adhere to the organization's branding guidelines and ethos.
Content Collaboration:
○ Work closely with the communications team to develop creative concepts and translate ideas into effective visual designs.
○ Collaborate with legal and research teams to produce educational and promotional materials that are accurate and accessible.
Project Management:
○ Manage multiple design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
○ Prioritize tasks and communicate effectively with team members regarding project timelines and updates.
Innovation and Trends:
○ Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies.
